Using only the finest local ingredients such as Kagoshima’s famous kurobuta pork, sea bream, and seasonal vegetables, head chef Ikehata Tadahiro has created a modern Japanese menu that expresses the best of the region and the culinary legacy of the Shimadzu family.

The interior has been designed to reflect traditional elements of Kagoshima culture seamlessly blended with modern Japanese minimalism. A spectacular view of the gardens and active volcano Sakurajima beyond in the luxurious surroundings of our restaurant are the perfect accompaniment to the pinnacle of Kagoshima cuisine.
